We've been with SmartSpace for almost 4 years now and it's been great thus far!

My team and I like how the environment in the Studio here is positively professional for us to focus on work, and at the same time, also very cosy for us to feel comfort like a second home. It’s been a great year with SmartSpace so far. I love how accessible the office is given its central location which makes it ideal for meeting customers, having meetings as well as for hiring. And it is always a huge plus to have a variety of eating options so I am never bored. The community is generally focused on their businesses but they are quite cordial and friendly when we bump at the pantry. The shared facilities are always kept clean and tidy which makes it conducive to focus on work. I feel that SmartSpace always wants to help their businesses to succeed so they try their best to always assist where they can - they were flexible to allow me to convert part of my office space into a showroom which really helps with my business!

We started our small business in 2013 and soon after moved to SmartSpace.  When you are a new company finding its feet, it is great to know Yvonne and her team at SmartSpace are there to help.

Great place to work and collaborate with other entrepreneurs. Excellent facilities, very modern and well decorated. However, the best part of working at SmartSpace is its location as it is easily accessible to CBD area.
